month, having delivered 53 wins worth over
£20m, with an open pipeline worth £60m.

More great news for Ethernet: Etherway
orders won and placed this month were
the highest ever recorded, with a total of
1,367 new provide orders placed. Not to be
outdone, the volume of circuits completed
and handed over to our customers was the
highest in the products history with a total
of 903 orders completed and passed to
commence billing.

CS sites in Mumbai, Pune and
Bangalore, India. Whilst there,
Lisa met customer service advisors
who support broadband provision and repair
in our suppliers Infosys, IBM and Wipro.
CS people across the country take
part in a week of Spooktacular events
including pumpkin carving and face
painting to raise money for chosen
charities. Across all our sites we raise
close to £1000 and have a brilliant time
