No clouding the issues

Around 90 representatives from the LCCF and SECCF attended a joint BT and Cisco presentation on "The future of cloud contact centres". It was a really good event and, as always, the most interesting bit came at the end when everyone was relaxed and open to asking questions.

These ranged from ways to improve customer experience when queuing to the problems you can encounter using webchat. The event took place at the top of the BT Tower on a stunningly clear day when, not at all in keeping with the theme, there was not a cloud in sight.
